The most important thing when picking a job

The most important thing when picking a job

Whenever I check out ENTP blogs and discussion boards, one of the questions that pops up a LOT is this: how do I choose the right career? Now the reason most ENTPs struggle with this question is twofold: We’re good at finding connections between seemingly unrelated...

How to provide emotional support?

How to provide emotional support?

If you’re an ENTP (or perceptive systemizer, as I used to call it) like me, your average ‘support’ conversation might go something like this: Friend (co-worker, sibling, anyone): “My life sucks, I have a problem [describes problem] …” You: “Oh man, that sounds fucked...

Why we keep waiting for an A in life

Why we keep waiting for an A in life

Have you ever been told by your parents that you had to do well in school? I have. My family has always valued high grades. That is not to say I was good at getting them. In fact, I distinctly remember my very first history test in the first year of high school. It...

On what defines a rational

On what defines a rational

When I came up with the idea for Sensing Sage, about two or three months ago, I felt a huge rush of energy. Not only was I finally able to define myself, I would be able to reach other people who also combine rationality with intuition, and together we'd be one big...

What if we deserve good things?

What if we deserve good things?

I'm human (I have this confirmed by a very drunk guy in Stockholm, who looked at me and a friend I was hanging out with and spoke the deep wisdom: "You... you are people"). Which is why I guess it’s okay for me to have bad days. You know, those days where everything...

Three ways to get back into your body

Three ways to get back into your body

I love being inside my mind. It's a great place, full of unexplored possibilities. It's where a lot of things happen that would never occur in real life. In short, it's crazy but it's fun. However, there's also one really big trap: forgetting about my body. Last week...

Why you might feel like a fraud

Why you might feel like a fraud

This is a topic very close to my heart. So close, in fact, that I considered not to write about it (or to be more specific: I did not consider writing about it), but then one of my best friends told me I should and since he's usually right, you're now reading this....

Two common misconceptions about feedback

Two common misconceptions about feedback

After high school I studied Social Work for somewhat over a year and in that period I heard the word "feedback" more often than you can imagine. In fact, we had a whole class dedicated to giving eachother advice on how to improve ourselves (calling that 'feedback')...

How the right mindset can improve your judgement

How the right mindset can improve your judgement

When it comes to having a good judgement, logical reasoning is super important: if you know A, it can help you get to B, C and so on. However, logical reasoning is only that - a way to get to knew places based on initial information and your knowledge of how the world...

How to tell intuition from emotion

How to tell intuition from emotion

Have you ever asked someone for advice, only to hear the well-know "follow your heart"? What the hell does that even mean? Of course, if you'd actually ask someone what they mean by this cliche, you'd most likely hear something along the lines: "do what feels right"....

Hi all, like many of you, I've been an ENTP my whole life. I have experienced the pleasure of changing my major several times, quitting a PhD, starting (but not finishing) a novel, and finding a career that actually suits me. I'm here to share the outcomes that come from NeTi decisions with hope that my journey will help you discover (or avoid) your own interesting path. Thanks for being here; if you like my stuff hit me up @forsakingfaith on Twitter, don't mind the podcast, it's an old passion project! Much Love
Also, I do love coffee - Cheers!
