Become an author!

Applications are open! 

Always wanted to blog about MBTI, your life as an ENTP and other topics that might interest your fellow ENTPs? Scared you won’t be able to stay engaged long-term? You’ve come to the right place!

In true ENTP-spirit this website will work with temporary authors. Authors post regularly as long as they can, after that we find new ones (though existing authors can still contribute). 

This means everyone is free to apply to join as an author on this website! And yes, there are good reasons for doing so (please see below).

How does it work?

• The moment you start as an author applications are put on hold.
• You start out as an author with a minimum of 5 blogs. 
• Your name and short bio appear in the sidebar.
• You keep posting blogs at least once every two weeks. 
• Once you’re no longer able to keep up the schedule, applications open up again and we find a new author.
• You can still post new articles whenever you find the time. 

What’s in it for you?

• You get a platform to write for people who think the same way you do!
• You don’t have to have a website or do your own marketing (though obviously you still can).
• You can link to your own website / blog / profile in your bio. Good for your marketing.
• Financials: you can actually make money!
  • You’re allowed to put a link to Buy Me A Coffee in your bio so people can support you for your good work.
  • You’re allowed to use affiliate links in your articles, assuming ‘content first’: you write good articles and if there’s a reason to include external (affiliate) links you’re free to do so. You do not create content around affiliate links (or do it in a clever way so noone can tell).

The process

• Once you’re approved as an author you deliver an avatar (photo or picture representing you), your desired nickname, a short bio and some other info.
• I’ll set you up and send you the details. Once you’ve got them…
• You put up a new blog at least every two weeks. You put it up as Draft and send me an e-mail.
• I do a quick quality review. If you’re good to go I put it on ‘published’.
• You’re free to promote your blog online!
• Please note: once you become an author you give Sensing Sage the right to indefinitely use your posts on the website and in marketing promotion (such as the newsletter) though you still retain all rights to your content.  You are not allowed to remove or unpublish existing content and the website can keep your content even if you decide you don’t to write for us anymore.

You are a good fit if you…

• are an ENTP (though in the future we might temporarily open up for other types)
• love blogging
• have some ideas about topics that are interesting for other ENTPs
• have good writing skills
